5-YEAR / 60,000-MILE POWERTRAIN LIMITED WARRANTY
We back every Dodge Brand vehicle with the 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty*. It covers the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair a covered powertrain component. Coverage also includes towing to the nearest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® or Ram vehicle dealer, if necessary. The warranty is transferable too, so if you sell your vehicle during the warranty period, the new owner will be covered. For details, see your Dodge dealer.
POWERTRAIN LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
Gas Engines
The cylinder block and all internal parts of gasoline engines, including the intake and exhaust manifolds, the oil and water pump and the supercharger, are covered under your Powertrain Limited Warranty*.
Transmission
The transmission case and all internal parts, including the torque converter, pressure and speed sensors and the transmission range switch, are covered under your Powertrain Limited Warranty.
Drive Systems
The different drive systems and internal parts, including front-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, are covered under your Powertrain Limited Warranty.
3-YEAR/36,000-MILE BASIC LIMITED WARRANTY
The 3-Year/36,000-Mile Basic Limited Warranty* provides bumper-to-bumper coverage for your vehicle, from the body to the electrical system. The warranty is also transferable, and it includes towing, if necessary.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE SERVICE
Most 2016 Dodge Brand vehicles come with the 5-Year/100,000-Mile Roadside Assistance Service**. 2017 models offer Roadside Assistance Service for five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. When you need support with a battery jumpstart, roadside fuel delivery, flat tire service or towing to the nearest FCA US LLC vehicle dealer, help is only a phone call away. “ I have to acknowledge that my very first vehicle purchase was a 1965 Ford Mustang and since then, I continually purchased new Ford vehicles. My last one was a Ford 1Ton, F350 with the great 7.3 Liter diesel engine. I thought I would remain a Ford man for my life, but things change…… Recently I evaluated my needs in purchasing a new truck to pull a very large, new 5th wheel trailer. I looked at the Ford and was very temped in purchasing this without looking at any other vehicles, but after a bad experience with a salesman at the Ford dealership in Lloydminster, I decided to look at comparable competitors models and I am glad I did! I checked out the others and immediately my heart was set on purchasing a new 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 Limited Edition truck! There was just no other vehicle that could come close in my mind to what that specific truck could do and had to offer. But then again, there were some issues with the dealership here which made me determined to look elsewhere to purchase this truck. I contacted Londonderry Dodge Chrysler and spoke with the new truck sales manager, Rick Anderson. I honestly was a bit skeptical in having dealt with car / truck sales people and from what he was telling me, I quickly came to the conclusion that I should deal with him and his staff. As it was late in the year and the 2020’s were soon to be coming out, I had to have my truck quickly built from scratch. Other dealerships had already said that it could not be done, time had run out and no new 2019 model trucks were being built. But Rick acted quickly and ordered it for me, confirming all the equipment / options that I required. I was pleasantly surprised that I got my truck within 42 days from ordering it and once I saw it, I was in awe!! It was great!! Now having driven it for a short while, it is more than living up to my expectations and has surprised me much more. It is more comfortable and has a tremendous amount of torque and power to pull whatever I want to pull or carry. Inside my mega cab, the amount of room is unreal. The amount of leather in it is everywhere. It makes all other makes of comparable vehicles so much inferior, that I just could not believe it was available in my Ram 3500! When I dropped into Londonderry Dodge Chrysler, I just could not believe that amount of people that were there, looking at vehicles and bringing their vehicles in for regular maintenance! I know that I had dropped into other dealerships in Alberta and found very few other customers inside, which made me think that a lot of other individuals like dealing with Londonderry Dodge Chrysler and that I should too! And to top things off, Londonderry Dodge Chrysler gave me such a great deal on pricing, something that no other dealership in Alberta was able to or wanted to do!! I look forward to many years of happy driving my new Dodge Ram 3500 Limited Edition truck! I am happy to say that I am now and will remain a Doge Ram Man!! ”

“ I was having difficulty literally everywhere else I tried to get financing due to getting sucked into a horrible car loan at a small used dealership when I was in a desperate situation. I told them outright my credit score and the life events over the last few years which destroyed my credit score and history. Lee in finance was true to his word and was able to do what Go Auto and another independent dealership couldn't. They were able to get me out of a 30% interest rate loan on a vehicle with 3x the negative equity than its value and into a practically brand new Chrysler. Once I told the finance manager about my situation he went to bat and got me out of a horrible loan and into a 2018 Chrysler 300 S which wasn't my dream car but 100x better than what I was driving. There was no high pressure sales tactics just the numbers and left it up to me whether or not to proceed. None of the back and forth games other dealerships like to play. “ Customer Service is always a pleasure to deal with. My concern are the Technicians and their recommendation. I just can't rely on their work completion, as I always have to check afterwards. Some examples: 10 psi over inflated tires, failing to notice a major antifreeze leak (dripping) from water pump when doing inspection, disregard for the belongings inside vehicle or interior of vehicle... They make recommendation to change transmision fluids every year, or change brake and power steering fluids.I suspect many clients get dragged into this "Preventive maintenance". I understand that they have to bring business in, but this is not the way to do it. On.the good note, Service Department will fix everything in a warranty and work is done fast. A bit improvement in a Technicians professionalism and treating Customer cash as their own , will change their perspective. ”
