I have been coming to Londonderry Chrysler as long as I have had my car (10 years) and have always been happy with your service. I am a single senior lady and have always been a bit leary when someone touches my car...not is the case at Londonderry Chrysler...I have always felt comfortable there....and NEVER a problem with the work you have done....Thank you..
They told me when I dropped it off it would be and hour or an hour and a half. When it was ready they called me. The last time I was there they told me I would need a tune up I asked them if I could get a tune up at the same time as my oil change but I needed an appointment. I thought I could do both since I was from out of town, but I had to make an appointment for a later date. Otherwise everything was done to my satisfaction.
Vanessa in service department was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accessible. Am very satisfied with all of the service I have received at your dealership from purchasing the vehicle to the first service. Will definitely bring my vehicle back for required maintenance, although the location is not particularly convenient for me, it is worth it for the peace of mind.

I have purchased alot of vehicles over the years. You were recommended to me by two fellow workers that were satisfied overall with their experience. I have always had a jaundice view of cars sales in general. My opinion is that one never "gets a deal". I had a price point in mind which was achieved which made everything else palateble. That said; I would be a repeat customer at Londonderry only because there were no glaring negatives. Trace was the salesman that was accomodating but not an expert on the vehicle. He was pleasant enough throughout and tried very hard to please so I think he should get full points. The big draw for me was not the dealership or the sales staff. It was the vehicle. The Ram 1500 is something I would never normally consider as I have been a GMC buyer for many years. My first vehicle was a 1957 Chev apache. To shift from Chev to Chrysler is "big" in my world. So far the product has done nothing but please. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment. I have you given you the "thumbs up" to another fellow worker who is in the process of considering buying a Ram 1500. Darrell did a great job with my truck. The work was completed correctly, and on time, as promised. I am very impressed with the customer service I received at Londonderry Chrysler. I am so pleased with the way Bill Clark in Fleet dealt with me, in getting me into my new truck, as well as the great service I received from Darrell in the Service Department. This certainly sets Londonderry Chrysler apart from the other dealerships.

my name is Stephenie and I wanted to write on behalf of my husband Micheal and myself. We purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey over the weekend and we are so HAPPY. So you have some background of why we are so happy, I have to tell you our story.
Last year almost to the day, my husband and myself found ourselves in a predicament, our old van had died and we needed a new vehicle and financing was our only option at that point. We didn't think that was even possible, since I knew that my credit was lacking and my husband had no established credit, we thought it was going to be a huge hassle and we were going to come out empty handed anyways, but we came to Londonderry Dodge and tried anyways, it couldn't hurt right. We picked out a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan that we fell in love with, it was fully loaded and looked really nice, then we waited, Sid had our information and he got us financing (WHAT!!! ) We were amazed, too bad it was for a different van, that was RED, bare bones no extra's. We were ready to walk away go home with our tails between our legs, and figure out something else. At that point Sid convinced us to take the different van for a test drive, we did, and WE HATED IT. It had burns in the seat, burns in the dashboard, it was all scratched up and it was RED. So we decided on our test drive we would make do with this vehicle cause we still needed a vehicle. When we got back to Sid's office he had GREAT news for us he had worked out a deal with the bank to let us have the original van we had picked out. We were ecstatic. We signed and and left the dealership so happy... and that's when the trouble started This van was TROUBLE, every time we turned around it had issues, for one year we fixed it time and time again. I was scared to drive it for fear it would cost us more money, A TOTAL LEMON, and we kicked ourselves for picking something that was flashy but not reliable at all, until Tuesday last week when I got a phone call from Zana to come down for the private sale.
For months we have been drooling over the Dodge Durango Citadel, WE WANTED IT. They are gorgeous, so we had a plan, go for the sale and get a fully loaded Durango, if they weren't in our price range we would walk, no harm no foul. So We went and we talked to Mark Schreiner. Now I will tell you Sid was the reason we came back to the dealership he was so great the last time but it was Mark that truly kept us this time. Like I said we had our hearts set on the Citadel, and Mark explained how much they were and they were WAY TOO MUCH MONEY, and we were going to leave but Mark is so easy to talk to and he listened to us talking and what we loved about the Citadel and he knew better than we did that we were really talking about a Journey, even the color, we were so wishy washy we knew we liked silver, blue, green etc. etc., and Mark looked at us and said "I know what you guys will like, just hang on and I will grab it for you." and he was right, dead on right he pulled up in a 2013 Dodge Jouney R/T in Winterchill and the colour was beautiful, but we weren't sold on it, then Mark started to talk about it to us, his product knowledge was astounding, and he spoke to us in such a way that we didn't feel like we were being talked down to, he answered dumb questions without even blinking, I have been in the customer service industry for over 18 years and he is great, he is relatable, knowledgeable, and very professional, he laughed at all our dumb jokes like they were actually funny. Mark, in my opinion, is a diamond in the rough with a little training he could make some serious money for any company. Now, with that said, on to Sid Saraya, WE LOVE HIM, he is so great, he is so knowledgeable and the whole reason we came back to Londonderry Dodge to buy our second vehicle. He didn't just give us advice for financing a vehicle, a year ago he gave us sound advice on how to increase our credit so that we had good credit, and he was right. We did everything he told us to do and we went from 16.5% financing to a 5.75%. Before we spoke to sid we couldn't even get approved for a credit card so we were so shocked when he told us that we were approved for a much lowere interet rate , Sid in my opinion is a great individual, We literally tell EVERYONE, go to Londonderry Dodge, they're financing department is so GREAT, they will bend over backwards to make you happy.
In closing, I really hope that you as a management team take this letter into account for both individuals, they are GREAT, and when we decide to buy a different vehicle we will come back.
